In 2024, the Governing Body of Shakuntla Watts Charitable Foundation (SWCF) was formally established to develop policies, rules, and regulations that enhance the NGO network.

Role of the Governing Board

The SWCF Governing Board plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s future. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic direction and setting ambitious goals
  • Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve targets
  • Offering guidance to optimize skill utilization
  • Ensuring effective management and growth

The Scope

  • Annual analysis to review the techniques and organization’s goals and check their relevance in current state of affairs.
  • Monitoring progress and making peripheral recommendations supporting the strategic plans for growth and development.
  • Active participation in the student orientation program.
  • Evaluation of SWCF Programs and Activities ( Partnership system, Course Delivery Quality Management, Students Placements, Job Fairs and Trainees Assessments) and stating the scope for improvement.
  • Constant support to Teaching staff and Placement Cell.
